Rail cargo has a key role at BTS

Our rail cargo unit (NŽD) in Spišská Nová Ves is a separate unit of BULK TRANSSHIPMENT SLOVAKIA, a. s. (BTS). The primary activity of BTS is providing services related to the transshipment of bulk cargo, general cargo, and intermodal transhipments at the Čierna nad Tisou transhipment centre.

BTS transhipment activities in the first half of 2020

BULK TRANSSHIPMENT SLOVAKIA, a. s.’s  main activity in Čierna nad Tisou is the provision of services related to the transhipment of iron ore substrates, short-term storage, and the transhipment of general cargo. The company also began providing intermodal transhipment services in January 2020 at the Dobrá combined transport terminal (TKD Dobrá).
